Astonishing Power of Emotions

You are human. You feel.

There are subtle and not-so-subtle messages you receive that feed the story that it is not OK to feel. So you shut feelings down, avoid them, hide them, fight them.

It's time for a new paradigm.
Let's get real.

Emotions are. Your willingness to be with them greatly determines your quality of life. You may think that emotions are an indicator that something is wrong or that you are off track.

Here's another way to look at it.

Emotions are:

1) Energy in motion that will inform you of a life experience. BEing with them allows you to open the gift of the moment. Allowing them to flow offers a gateway to another experience that the emotion wants to take you to.

2) Feedback from the universe. The universe reflects back to you all the time. It gives you information for you to use because it wants you to succeed. Observing your emotions is a masterful way to take charge of your reality. In seeing them for what they are, you are able to use them as information to change direction, keep on track, make new choices-or whatever else you conclude from the feedback.

Abraham-Hicks new book, "The Astonishing Power of Emotions", provides an understanding of how emotions work, what they are really for, and how you can use them effectively in order to feel more peace with where you are as well as to create what you want in life. One quote to ponder:

"Your emotions are an indicator of where you are in terms of what you want."
